43day late period all negativ preg tests
I am concerned I last had a period in january.we have been trying to fall pregnant.its been 43 days today since my last period.I have done an ulta sound 6 days ago which shows a bulky uterus however the urine and blood pregnancy tests are negative...could I be pregnant? or is it a problem I still have no symptoms of pregnancy just headaches and indigestion.what can cause this.please help
