4 week Preg. Cramps in lower abdomen
I just got to know I am pregnant but I have cramps in lower abdomen like periods. At times have stomach pains too near naval. Have pressure kind of feeling in lower pelvis and bladder area. Not understanding if this is normal. Feeling very uncomfortable. Are these cramps normal? Everytime I go to urine have watery discharge. Just feel like lying down only but pressure feeling crampy feeling is still there
