As you are breast feeding there is no question of over feeding. Weight is a little on the higher side. What was the birth wright? Is it more than double? If yes, requires bl sugar and thyroid checked.

Normally babies double their birth weight by the age of 5 months. So if your baby's birth weight was 4 kg then it is absolutely fine. You should get his Blood sugar and TSH done and it should be repeated after 6 months. But you must continue breast feeding the baby as long as you can.

Weight is within normal range but need to know height , head circumference etc to evaluate the over all development. Keep the baby hydrated. Continue best feeding him.
