4 month old with fever
Yesterday my son seemed uncomfortable and warm so we gave him tylenol. towards the end of night his fever reached 102.5. We stripped his clothing and put a damp rag on head and continued with tylenol. he slept okay, he did get up a few times whining. this morning his fever was down to about 100.2 but he still seem agitated should I take him to the dr or continue doing what I have been
