My 3 yrs old son start blinking his eyes continuosly & rubbing his eyes gently. Can you explain.. why he is doing like that ?

use eye drops genteal or refresh tears 4 times a day for 2 weeks and also better get in detail eye examination by nearby ophthalmologist to rule out any inflammation or foreign body in eye
