3y child, Ulcer insider the lower eyelid
My 3 years child having ulcer inside the lower eyelid since approximately 1 year. Previously it was small & not painful but since 2-3 month it has grown rapidly & may be painful for my child. I consulted with eye specilist doctor & she started with antibiotics medicine treatment. But still no effect with medicine. What to do now for solution. Should I go for surgery.

It's a chalazion. Please get it operated. Since he is a child,hence operation has to be performed under General anaesthesia.
