  3. 3cm cyst near my tube/ovarain. I worry?

3cm cyst near my tube/ovarain
Hello, i have back pain for a while now so i did mri yesterday, it accidentally showed that i have an adnexal cystic lesion measuring 3cm, the dr told me to ignore it but i always have pain in my pelvic area, painfull intercourse, loss of apetite, should i worry? ps: i have 2 kids, and 1 ectopic pregnancy
