37wk pregnancy
My wife is 37wk pregnant..now her ultrasound report shows HC,BPD is 39wk but FL is 33-34wk... Doppler test is ok fluid-ok. Radiologist guess chance of skeletal dysplasia...need a suggestion from Gyn doct & should we go for immediate caesarean delivery ...

If already they are suspecting skeletal dysplasia that means there is anomaly with the baby... so why is there a need for emergency cesarean section... I think your wife should undergo induction of labour in a tertiary care centre
