My 36 &37 molar teeth was root canaled before 4 months... unfortunately 36molar was removed due to the failure of root canal treatment...and now 37 molar is infected again as I didn't place the cap... today I went to the doctor and he suggested to remove...but I don't want to remove...is there any possibility to save my teeth

You can try doing re-RCT and if the infection subsides then you can go ahead with crown placement.
If the infection remain then better to extract the teeth and replacement of the same.

I certainly understand your concern.
You can give a try by getting Re RCT done and if required surgery following it, but sucess rate will be just 20 % if recovers then that's the best part.
You need to wait for 3-6 months for it to recover completely, if there are no symptoms , u cannot expect changes immediately. There are cases which has showed good recovery and success.
If this fails then definitely extraction follwed by implants will be the only option left.
