34 weeks pregnant with itching whole nig

I have severe itching in soles of my feet, top of my feet and toes and hands and fingers that continues whole night, I did lft and my results were sgpt 36 and alkaline phosphatase 121, rest all normal, what can this be? I am 34 weeks pregnant

it can be obstetric cholestasis ..consult a gynaecologist so that Medicines can be started ...you might need tab udiliv to control the symptoms ....cholestasis also leads to meconium stained liquor and deranged coagulation profile....so they will need to keep a check on bleeding during delivery...
