Hi! The pain can be due to various other reasons like- Pericoronitis which is an infection and swelling of the gum tissue around wisdom teeth. It's more common in the lower jaw. Or some tooth may have cavity which may be affecting the nerve and the tooth may go for root canal.
Next Steps
You can do warm salt water rinses and go to a dentist for checkup.
