Hi my baby is 3 month old. Today he falled from my lap to bed. He cried for few seconds. He is playing well and smilimg and taking feed properly. Still I am worried about any internal injury.

Where were u sitting when the baby fell? If u are sitting on bed and baby fell from lap to bed then chances of injury are less. Still if in doubt book an online consultation for detailed evaluation
