My 2years 5months baby vomting daily in the morning.. 1st day she vomited whole night, next day morning 8.am,third day morning 5.30..she is fine in the day.. Can i get any help Please

How are hee motions ? Any pain in abdomen. Any other history, any fever noted ? Blood tests for Infections, ULTRASOUND etc may or may not be needed depending on history and other findings.
