Tab Bedaquiline should be taken in a tablet form. Dosage is 400 mg, once daily, for 2 weeks. Followed by 200 mg thrice weekly, for 22 weeks. Duration 6 months. Most common side effect is QT prolongation with can be diagnosed by ECG. Liver Dysfunction and Joint pains are other side effects.

QT prolongation is the main complication or side effect which ever you mean. But it can be managed with regular monitoring. 24 weeks treatment.  Take online consultation for your problem and management.

bdq prolonges qt interval, have constitutional side effects which you must have googled by now..what's imp is what side effects your patient is having..dosage is standardised..and there's nothing called safer meds for mdrtb..a proper monitoring is done to look for side effects of the ongoing meds
