2months boy not passing motion

My 2 months old son dint pass motion for past 5 days. I am breast feeding him and giving him nan milk once a day. Please suggest

Dear parents, Every mother has sufficient milk provided she has confidence in self and positive attitude. Demand by kid increases the milk production, but by giving top milk, that is milk without any effort by kid, make him Indian (alsi). My advise is stop top milk. For constipation give drops Zincovit 10drops thrice a day for 5days & than 10drops a day regularly.
