2mm hole in heart of my kid
My kid is 4 years and has 2mm hole (pda) in heart. What is the impact if I postpone hole closure via device closure for another six months

some holes in heart heal on their own, but PDA never heals on its own, it needs to be closed by DEVICE. ideal age for closure is preschool age, but if your child does not have symptoms there is no harm in delaying for 6 months, but dont delay furthur.
