Hi im in my 29weeks of pregnancy... im having a mild diarrhea doctor prescribed me Sporolac DS twice a day for three days... please anyone tell me what food can i take can i eat pongal which contains curry leaves, black pepper, ginger moong daal and rice and ghee and what all fruits i can eat? Is it ok to consume milk?

Don't consume milk! Avoid black pepper food items! Have curd rice! Lassi Strong coffee Have light diet Milk ,wheat , cereal pulses are hevay to digest! Continue SPOROLAC ds Can also take freshly prepared ORS solution Take care Stay safe 🙏
