Hi I am 29 yr old female, overweight by approx 20-25 kgs. I was diagnosed with high blood
sugar 2 yrs back. It stays around 130 with normal lifestyle and diet. Upon good physical exercise per day of 40 min it goes to 105. But i m unable to do exercise daily. What shud i do? Do i need to start medicines? Doctors say at this age i can control w/o medicine too as its pre diabetic still.
