27week pregnancy -urine smell

Hello, im in 27week 3days of pregnancy on 15th agust i spotted drop of blood with white discharge so i went hospital and they gave me pregnancy support haromone injection... and check baby moments amd and heartbeat everything is normal...but after coming home when i passed urine it was smelling bad... from that irine is smelling different im on regular. Medication susten 300mg and duvadlian 10mg... before week only i mean on 9th August i gave urine sample for urine culture and sensitivity i got result on 13th agust and result is normal so urine smell is because of pregnancy support injection or something else please clear my doubt
