Hi, I had my IUI done on 21st Dec and today being 19 days after IUI, my beta hcg shows result as 27.46 miU/ml. Can it be positive?

Yes. It's positive if no hcg injection is taken before. Anyway repeat after 48 hours and if it doubles, you are pregnant 100%
