24 weeks pregnant with blocked nose

Hi, I had severe cough,sneezing, wheezing and blocked nose so my gyno reffred me to cardiologist he given me deriphyllin retard 150 times and one relent tab at bedtime for 10 days . Seroflo 250 two puffs for two times a day with nasal solpre 3 times with duanose but can't breath without otriwin which he strictly said no and after 14 days review he told there is nothing in Chest so stop those 2 tabs now after stopping more panick attack i can't sleep at night blocked nose chest heavyness very light wheezing and feeling some cough in throat but not coming out . Please help me i am very
