22 months old kid behaviour issue
Hi doctor,
My sister's kid is 22 months old now..2 months back we observed that he is not responding to his name and doesn't follow our instructions and also he had very poor eye contact...so we stopped complete screen time and i can see few changes in him like if we shout and he will look back to us and also if he likes he use to make eye contact with us and giving smile as well..we made him to learn say bye when anyone is leaving home.. and sometimes he will say bye and sometimes he doesn't..
Is it behavioural problem or autism?
We are very much worried and planning for going to development center
