2 years baby high fever and loose motion

Asked for Female, 2 Years

Sir, My daughter is burning from neck to head. but her hands and feet are cold. Also suffering from loose motions. She is not able to stand up on his own. I given her Paracetamol & Mefenamic Acid Suspension 4 ml for fever. & phenylephrine hydrochloride syrup 5mg/5ml- 4 ml for cold. after taking these medicines she suffered from loose motions. Is there anything wrong in these medicines?
