2 painful lumps near groin

Asked for Male, 38 Years

38 yr old male, has 2 painful lumps near the groin on the right side. First one appeared about a wk ago, the second one appeared couple days ago. No visible irritation, redness, or boil on skin. But is starting to bulge out. Since it appeared it has grown in size. Has been sick from a cold we caught from my nephew. A bit over 2 wks ago. We both still have coughing from the cold through out this whole time. but today he has gotten a fever again. He has been urinating a bit more frequently.
