It is possible to resume your hand function. You should start mobilization exercises with proper guidance. You have to remove the slab and start hand and finger strengthening exercises. You may get pain while mobilising you can use hot water fomentation or wax therapy to get pain relief.
Next Steps
You need to consult a Physiotherapist for mobilization exercises and strengthening exercises either in person or through video call as early as possible.
