2 months pregnant with hypothyroidism

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am 2 months pregnant and my T3 is 186 and T4 14.31 , my tsh level is 1.12, anti TPO is 235.7 IU/ml,anti TG is 1400 IU/ml. I am having Thyronorm 150 mcg from last 12 days because last month my TSH was 12.1.what should I do?Shall i continue this dose of Thyronorm?I am scared whether it will effect the fetus.

Get a retest done for TSH ,I'm sure u can reduce the dose to 100 mcg if levels are not high .
