2 months Baby with 102 fever/3rd day
My baby got her 6 week vaccine on 16th Jan. She is having 102 fever till today. She is crying alot and spilling out milk. Also her motions are loose. However, the vaccined are seems normal. Plz suggest. I gave her paracetamol liquid 3 times a day and now after 4 hrs.

Calpol drop 0.4ml 6 hourly, Enterogermina 2.5ml twice perday x 3 days, Syp Ondem 0.7ml once perday x 2 days
