My daughter is 2.5years old. SHE has fever since morning and watery eyes. I am giving her paracetamol. Can I give ibugesic instead.

Hi thanks for writing to Practo.  Yes you may give ibugesic  plus but I would still prefer paracetamol every 6 hours.
