2.5 month pregnancy , vomiting

Asked for Male, 35 Years

My wife is pregnant since 75 days ( 2.5 months) . Recently she undergone few tests , kindly explain and suggest accordingly . Report is attached . Her age is 29 , we have one 4.4 yrs healthy child , and she ( wife ) generally has no medical problem .
