My mother took 1st dose vaccination from a reputed hospital in Hyderabad on 28th April,21. They claimed it was covishield given. We went for a walk in and for registration purposes they told to submit copy of aadhar card and registered mobile number and 250 rs in cash which we did. There were upto 50 people who did the same on the day we went. We still have not got our certification of the 1st dose and the doctor claims that servers are down so can't upload data. We asked him if we need to take a 2nd dose how do we do it? He mentioned you can register for 1st dose after 6 weeks and go for it. Is there a similar issue happening like this anywhere else or what needs to be done as I am not able to believe that this reputed hospital can do something like this but I have my doubts over the legibility of the vaccine given to my mom.. Any advise will help??

Keep records of vaccinations and some sort of documented evidence ,like registration for vaccine. Don't raise the question about vaccinations. Its surely protecting, but doesn't give guarantee from occurrence of disease.
