Passing stool by newborn baby for 10-15times a day is safe if he is taking bteastfeed well, passing urine 6-8 times in a day and sleeps well after feeding.
Next Steps
If child is not taking feeding or he seems to be lethargic ,Kindly Consult your Paediatrician

Hello Young children especially upto 6 months of age can have stool frequency 10-15 times per day as there is gastrocolic reflex in the baby This is physiological that is normal. Cremaffin plus is mostly safe and it is rare that it causes diarrhea in the baby If stool is not completely watery, baby is passing urine at least 6 times a day, active , feeding well, gaining weight Then there should be no issues
Next Steps
just look for above signs
Health Tips
if issue persists then stop cremaffin plus

In lactating mothers, constipation and fissure after C-section are quite common, and maintaining soft stools is important for healing as per IAP/AAP aligned practice. Cremaffin Plus contains liquid paraffin and magnesium hydroxide, which are minimally absorbed and generally considered safe during breastfeeding, but the magnesium component can sometimes pass in small amounts into breast milk and may cause loose stools or increased stool frequency in the baby, which seems likely in your case (15–16 stools/day). Since your baby is otherwise active, feeding well, and not showing signs of dehydration, this is usually not dangerous, but such high stool frequency should not persist. You can stop Cremaffin Plus temporarily and switch to safer stool softening options like Lactulose (e.g., Looz syrup), which is preferred in breastfeeding mothers as it does not pass into breast milk in significant amounts. Continue high-fiber diet, plenty of fluids, warm sitz bath, and local fissure care. Avoid prolonged use of stimulant or combination laxatives unless advised. If constipation persists despite lactulose, or fissure pain is severe, then other medications can be considered only after pediatrician/physician consultation. Consult urgently if baby shows: poor feeding, lethargy, sunken eyes, decreased urine, or blood/mucus in stool.

Mother Taking laxatives doesn’t cause loose stools or increased frequency in stools. Generally baby’s passes stool after every feed But feeding foremilk alone causes breastfeeding diarrhoea with perinatal rash. So feed until baby empties one side completely.
Next Steps
If still persisting seek medical attention
