1month kid suffering from ger

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hello mam/sir,my son 1month old...having formula milk.making sound whole day...by lagging stomach...I don't no what's happening to him...doctor said it is ger...is it treatable...I was panicked...because he is not having good sleep...but he is taking feeding ...but while sleeping he is always making sound...please can anyone give me suggestion what to do with it and is it curable with medicine...how long this is going to continue...
