18 month baby vomits daily during feedin

My son is 18 months old and I'm concerned about his health as whenever he gets fed breakfast lunch and dinner he immediately vommits the whole food he's eaten and the same goes with his medication syrups he just takes them and with in 20 minutes he vomits and crys and im looking for some help here as the baby is not also being overfeed but he vommits after eating every small quantities as well.
