18 days late, 1 neg test, now bleeding

I was due on my period 18 days ago, i done a pregnancy test, 5 days after i was supposed to come on my period, it was negative. i started to bleed, last night pinkish red blood, now i am heavily bleeding, and it's bright red, and small clots when i wipe?

This might be due to harmonal imbalance,if you are sure ur pregnancy test was Negative,the other possibilitiy is a miscarriage if u had got pregnant but were unable to test it later on , however if u need to clear doubts on pregnancy u may get an ultrasound done.
