You have not provided clinical details like whether you have pain abdomen and no details of LFT or Ultrasound of abdomen. You would require treatment if you have symptomatic gall stone disease - that is if you have symptoms secondary to the disease which can best be elicited by your surgeon or gastroenterologist.
