15 days after less bleeding

My wife and I are trying for pregnancy. My wife's last period was on March 1 . April 1st passed my wife didn't get her period but today 15 april Light blood is coming out. Can it be, please tell me if it is a serious matter. Prega News test done but test came negative. What test i have to do... For sure my wife pregnant or not and it's period or anything else??
