Nt scan is normal, if our want go can go ahead with double marker to look for any chance of chromosomal abnormalities in baby. Pain can be due to stretching pain as uterus is growing, it will have some stretching pain which is normal. Scans for you now will be at 18-20 weeks anomaly scan, then growth scans at 28-32 and 36 weeks (depends upon your gynaecologist). Solar Eclipse regulations neednot be followed as there is nothing scientific mentioned in literatures. Yes first 3 months are most prone for abortion, but you should be careful now too. It's upto you if you want to disclose it to others.
