  4. 13th month running teeth. The same.

13th month running teeth
Dear Dr, My son has completed 12.months and currently running 13th month yet his teeth have not developed. Another thing is he shouts alot but he does not speaks any word properly. What can be reason for the same. Would highly appreciate the same.
