My son, 11 months old and wt 9 kgs, having nose and throat congestion. Doctor suggest maxtra oral drop, Cetirizine syrup and saline drops for 3 days. Please suggest appropriate dose.

Give Maxtra drops 0.5 ml , 8 hrly. No need to give Cetrizine additionally. Nasoclear nose drops 2 drops each nostril 6 hrly. Steam inhalation if possible with a vaporiser.

Wud suggest nasal drops nasivion mini nasal drops two drops intranasally every 8hrs not more than 5days. Syrup cetrizine 2.5ml orally once daily for 5days. Wud suggest not to use maxtra drops
Health Tips
Give lots of steam inhalation 2-3tmes/day. If u find breathing difficulties or breathing fast u need to see a doctor immediately
