Better to try sponging first as vaccination fever will subside within few days. If the child is feeding well and not irritable, nothing to worry.
Next Steps
Sos Paracetamol as prescribed

Post-vaccination fever can occur, but if it appears 3 days after the PCV booster, we also need to consider other possible infections. You have already given Ibugesic Plus (ibuprofen + paracetamol) at 11:45 PM. It is usually sufficient to control fever. Meftal-P (mefenamic acid) is not routinely recommended as a first-line medicine in children and should be used only if advised by your pediatrician.
Next Steps
Do not give Meftal within 1 hour of Ibugesic Plus. Wait at least 6–8 hours between doses unless advised otherwise. Tepid sponging can help bring the fever down. Gently sponge the body, especially the forehead, armpits, and groin area. Avoid cold water or ice. Keep your child well hydrated—offer frequent sips of water or fluids. Monitor temperature every few hours.
Health Tips
If the fever persists beyond 72 hours, or your child is very drowsy, irritable, vomiting, or has any other symptoms, please consult your pediatrician immediately.

Give Paracetamol every 4hrs after checking temperature (>100 F) . It decreases over 1 or 2days . Can do tepid sponging.
