  4. 103 fever of my son. Nature. what to do.

My son is 1.8yrs old.today he went 4times for latrine, which was liquid in nature.aftr that he got high fever from 102 to 104. I have washed his head,gave p125,bt nothing did any comfort.what to do.pls help me
