102°+ fever
I doctors My 1.5 year baby has fever since yesterday night. In today morning around 7 am  we give paracetamol drops but after 2 Pm his body started to warm and we check it was 102.3 then we again give 3 ml paracetamol drops. So his temperature become normal for three hour and again his temp was 102+ So we give 3 ml at 8 pm . and same after 3-4 hours again 102+ now at 2 am again give him 3 ml. I am not able to know how he got such fever . it is first time that he got 100+ fever. Fever and little bit coughing only. And he is not feeding any thing apart from breastfeeding . No other symptoms. His weight is 10.7 kg. Pls help me out for this. He got sudden fever without any symptoms as I feel.

Good Morning, Please check your room temperature, and clothes. Room temp may be hot. Keep room ventilated. Change the thermometer orif the child is active, forget it, But must confirm temperature .. Do check routine Urine to rule out UTI,
