Otorex drops contains turpentine oil which can cause lung aspiration.Please consult near by pediatrician for complete physical examination. I personally feel that child should be observed for 6 hours before considering safe for discharge.

It has got turpentine oil in it which is a kind of poison. So depends on how much you have given it. Probably a drop wont harm the child. But better take to a hoapital for physical examination and monitoring
