1 month baby oral consumption of Otorex
I incorrectly administered Otorex ear drops orally to my 1 month baby. Please advise if this is something to worry about or not.

Hello Otorex drops contains turpentine oil which can cause lung aspiration.Please consult near by pediatrician for complete physical examination. I personally feel that child should be observed for 6 hours before considering safe for discharge.

It has got turpentine oil in it which is a kind of poison. So depends on how much you have given it. Probably a drop wont harm the child. But better take to a hoapital for physical examination and monitoring
