1 day bleeding after taking Ipill.

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I had unprotected sex on 24 feb after which I had taken ipill in morning and got bleeding as well on 3rd March but only for 1 day. My last period was 17th Feb. Till now there is no signs or symptoms of periods. Should I count 3rd march as my period date? Could you please guide what should I do?
