My twin babies got 1.5motha vaccination on 2nd june 2021 and for 1 baby ahot area became redness and swelling.. she don't have pain because when i touch the shot area she will not cry and she s active. I am worried as swelling is still there and when this will go. Please tell me what to do

Mild swelling and redness can occur after vaccination..
Apply ice over it and give paracetamol ...
