My boy is 11 months old. He has reached all his milestone on time, now he stands and walks with support, but he is not pointing, not doing any gesture or not imitating. When I point something near, he sees it., but when I point far he is not seeing. He responds to his name, he keeps eye contact . He laughs. He babbles. He says amma appa, akka. He is not listening to anything when he plays. He has hearing capacity. He claps his hand, but doesn't wave. He has no stranger anxiety. He is not scared of crackers or cooker whistle or mixie sound. Pls help. Which department doctor I should see if anything concerning. I'm scared.
