04 month old boy vomited 4-5 times in last 2 hours. Given ondansetron syrup 1ml as per doctor advice and neopeptine drops. What should be done next and why this happened?

It's occur due to overfeeding....if vomit is milky and baby is gaining weight then nothing to worry....you can give neopeptiine drops... If baby is playful and no other issues then ondansetron won't require for occasional vomit... Do burp well after feeding...
