[Urgent] Severe neck pain

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hi, Today morning when i was doing latrine i got sudden pain in neck. I was not able to move my neck anywhere. Anyhow i came out of bathroom and lied on bed. I am not able to sit properly and unable to turn myself on bed. Its very heavy pain. What should i do? How much time i should wait for it to heal? If want to consult a doctor then which speciality doctor i should consult? Thanks in adv
