I hv severe lower abdomen pain I got positive upt test on 22 August. My last menstruation is 22 july. Plzz wht should I do? I can't get an appointment before Monday n I can't bare the lower belly pain. Plzz help me doc. Thanks.

Since the pregnancy test is positive on aug 22 you should not be waiting for your appointment on monday.you can go to any hospital and report your severe pain abdomen and mention that you are pregnant.
It could be an ectopic pregnancy which needs urgent intervention.
you also gives h/o renal stones...and possibility of ureteric colic also has to be considered.
you need an ultrasound scan done at the earliest to rule out both.
