Highly recommend Dr Ritu for any sort of dental treatments. We have been consulting Dr Ritu from 2015, when she was practicing in Delhi, especially for our son who was 5 then.

We did find Dr Ritu very considerate at our very first visit. Not only she would explain the whole problem very well but would go an extra mile seeking expert opinion from her colleagues and other specialists. This is not something a normal practitioner would do as they would simply refer you to other specialists. We were highly impressed by her friendly and super down to earth nature as she provided the consultation as a friend. And as usually told, if your doctor is considerate and friendly, it is half cure done automatically. That is exactly the case with Dr Ritu.

After 2017, we moved to Australia and have been seeing the Dentists here as our son has now grown to 11. We were not very confident with the solutions to our problem being suggested here and were looking to seek other opinion when we gathered the thought of consulting Dr Ritu again. We called her to seek an online appointment and I should not say that to our utter surprise, but kind of expectedly, she was straight away able to recognise us and had a complete remembrance of the whole case even though it had been more than 5 years since we had consulted her. Neither did she very patiently listened to our problem but as always, did explain everything to us in detail, got the case discussed with her specialists panel and came back to us with the right solution. And for all this to happen, it did not take weeks or months, but all on the same day within hours of consulting her again. We managed to get so much more details and options that we can now discuss with doctors here in Australia.Dr Ritu really cares for her patients and leaves no stone unturned to get to the best possible treatment.

Even though she would have reached to the next level of her career over these years but her way of treating her patients has not changed a bit.

I got in touch with Dr. Ritu for my toothache problem just days before the city went into lockdown but could not get my treatment done at that time. However, she was kind enough to stay in touch and helped me manage my pain throughout the lockdown period. She would often drop messages to check on my well being, give detailed feedback on pictures of the problem I would share and if need be, would even consult over a video call and all this without ever charging me a penny. Had it not been for Dr. Ritu, I would not have survived the 4 months of lockdown!

I finally got a chance to visit her clinic after she resumed work in August. I was mighty impressed with the amount of safety procedures she has implemented in her clinic to ensure the well being of her patients in these difficult times. Over the months, she had come to know how much I dreaded visiting a dentist and spent a lot of time explaining me the whole treatment procedure. She made sure to stop every time I felt slightest of discomfort and ensured that I did not feel any pain throughout the procedure, making the whole experience rather joyful. Although this was first of the many visits that I would need to make for additional procedures that I require to get back to 100%, I am no longer scared of visiting a dentist and am already looking forward to my next sitting.

As long as my work allows me to continue to stay here in Mumbai, Dr. Ritu will always be my preferred choice of dentist :)

I recently consulted Dr. Ritu at Zenta Denta for my dental issues. By the end of my treatment, I was extremely satisfied and happy for having got the treatment done by her. Since the last few years, I have been facing number of issues like cavities, plaque buildup, and brittleness in teeth which led to increased dental visits and painful treatments. She was very respectful about my professional commitments and always tried to provide appointments which would work best for me. Her treatment has definitely been very effective and spot on. Additionally, the empathy she showed for the discomfort and pain which we as patients go through has been very kind and sweet - this reflects in her speed of treatment, handling of instruments, keeping us informed of what she is doing as we can’t see the treatment ourselves. Moreover, she proactively following up with us after the sessions is something which I thought were genuinely caring. Overall, it’s Dr. Ritu’s way of handling patients, both, on and off the dental chair is what makes us trust her to get our dental acts together.
